    Dodgy company with scam operator
    , Jan 2022
This is a dodgy company. They have taken my money without my consent. Later on, they refered to the tour operrator Jucy saying that some one has done it on my behalf. Even after informing them about this scam, they did not return my money.
icon Response from Host , Jan 2022
Kia Ora Riffat, We are sorry to hear that you feel you have been swindled by a ''dodgy'' company, but as discussed by phone, we are not a scam operator and nor have we taken your money without your consent. There is no way for us to do this, as we have no access to your credit card details given you have booked via a third party platform. This statement is quite hurtful and damaging to us, especially as we pride ourselves on being a very honest company with excellent customer service as per most recent reviews below. Again, as discussed by phone, you have been fully refunded by Viator / TripAdvisor as per your request and we have not taken any money from you as you did not travel with us. We would ask that you kindly do not make such harmful and untrue accusations which are detrimental to our reputation, especially when we have complied with your requests and cooperated fully. Best wishes, Kate

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable! Awesome bus ride in with running commentary by our driver who seemed to be an expert in biology, zoology, botany, geography, history and expressed all facts with impressive stats! Then the boat tour staff continued to impress us with more amazing knowledge. The skipper was so enthusiastic about his corner of the world and clearly seemed to know it like the back of his hand. He was engaging and fun. I left knowing so much more about this area and will recommend Pure to everyone-well done guys!

We had the best experience. From the coach ride to the cruise. Our coach rider was the best. The cruise staff were full of fun as well. That's just an addition to the magical sceneries.

We had a wonderful time on the Milford Sound cruise - the operators showed us some wonderful sights and got very close to the waterfalls and wildlife. They also had great knowledge of the cliffs, glaciers and animals.

Informative bus driver and boat skipper. Small group. Amazing scenery. Boat stoped often at interesting places, crew were amazing. Cheese board and wine to top it off.

Kia Ora Margaret, Thanks for choosing JUCY Cruise for your Milford Sound adventure and for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Overall smaller numbers make for some very intimate and personalised tours with our famously friendly skipper, drivers and crew so we are thrilled you had such an enjoyable trip. poor viator coordination
    , Mar 2020
the bus ride was long but interesting. saw sights we may have missed if we had driven ourselves had the road been open. I'm most critical of Viators poor handling of our trip arrangements. Viator never informed us out 0945 tour was cancelled. If the great people at Jucy counter hadn't informed us that we had been rebooked we would have never known. sorry but can't give Viator any thing more than a damn poor review. doubt we will use your company again and will warn family and friends.

We took our tour from Te Anau which made the travel time in the bus shorter. Our driver was great giving us stops to enjoy the beautiful scenery and lots of history. Cruise into Milford Sound was jaw dropping. A great day.

The bus tour included many stops to take pictures along the way and the cruise went through the beautiful Milford Sound. The included lunch was fairly unimpressive.

Milford Sounds is by far the best place that we have visited in New Zealand. We were lucky enough to be visiting Milford sounds after rain as a result, there were a number of waterfalls with plenty of water. We enjoyed the bus drive as well as cruise. Thanks to JUCY for a great experience.

I did the Milford Sound cruise in July and fortunately had an extremely sunny day ! The 12-hour trip can seem a bit long but in fact, it is 100% worth it. The driver was great and we drove through the most beautiful landscapes I have ever seen. There were a lot of stops for photo opportunities which is definitely a plus. Milford Sound was breathtaking and the cruise enabled me to take some amazing photos. I recommend this day-tour to anyone who would like to see one of the most beautiful places on earth ! Moreover, the bus was really good and confortable for this journey.

Beautiful area of the world. Long day of 12 hours on curvy roads but our driver kept good narration and lovely stops along the route to the sound. Other tours offered a small lunch box while on the cruise called High Tea. Our driver was able to find us two lunches when two others didn't make the trip. Viator should include this in their trip. A highlight of our 3 weeks in New Zealand. So glad we chose this tour.

Very long trip- I wish the booking warned about this. I didn't realize it would be a 12-hour day from Queenstown. Milford Sound was beautiful. The weather left more to be desired but we have no control over these things! While it was 80 degrees in Queenstown, Milford Sound was much cooler and rainier. We had a quick 30-minute lunch break in Te Anau. Pitas were available for purchase on the cruise. On the way back, we only had a 15-minute stop at Te Anau, so not much time for food and bathroom. I recommend packing snacks.

The bus driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area, we very much enjoyed his commentary during the drive to Milford Sound! The bus was a bit crammed and did not have the glass ceiling that other tours offer hard to figure out from the available documentation provided. The boat was fine, a Pita Pit and a small coffee shop inside for food/drive if you feel like purchasing or a small stand of hot water/tea bags for free. The Sound was BEAUTIFUL! We unfortunately didn't get to see any whales, but we did see some seals and some teeeeeny tiny penguins way off in the distance! It was a rainy/drizzly/overcast day, obviously not the tour company's fault, so all in all we enjoyed the trip. We sprang for the propeller flight back to Queenstown, which was freaking AMAZEBALLS. I think it was the best part! The views are just so awe-inspiring, we knew it would be a once-in-a-lifetime type of experience, so we dug deep in our pocketbooks for the chance. I did not find this information when I was searching, so just FYI: The tour bus picked us up at about 8am or thereabouts. We arrived at the pier for the boat tour around 3pm and the boat tour finished around 5pm. The bus would not have returned us back to Queenstown until well after 10pm! That includes various photo stops on the way in and a VERY short break at a fairly expensive rest stop to quickly grab a snack both on the way in and the way out. Because we took the flight back rather than the bus, we got back to Queenstown just after 6pm. About 20 of the reason we paid for the flight was just to save ourselves 5 hours of bus time!

Wow! What a world wonder! Is still as magnificent as I remembered 20years ago when I was here. This time I booked through aviator, A very organized company, the coach was very comfortable and on time and made many interesting stops, I especially have to mention if you are lucky enough to travel with driver/guide Karl, He is full of knowledge about the area, telling us in a very enthusiastically manner, made the 12 hour trip very enjoyable and not long at all.
